Chop or slice 1 Avocado

1 Tbsp Blue Cheese crumbles (these freeze well)

2lb chicken breast grilled (Recipe Here)

1-2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing to top (or dip your fork in as you eat)

You can make all of this ahead and store in the fridge for any easy, healthy and tasty meal anytime!
